Houston 2009
This year's ASCD conference features Differentiated Instruction, What Works in Schools, and Understanding by Design. My two sessions will discuss the connections between the UbD model of curriculum design and writing and technology (respectively). I am a strong proponent of authentic assessment and the stage 3 WHERETO mandate that we must give our kids time to reflect, rethink, and revise. For me, that is what these two presentations are all about. I hope you find them thought-provoking.
