Where to build a free website... 06/25/2009
I just started putting together my new website for my classroom. I haven't gotten too far, but I thought I'd add a post here to let you know where you can build a free website, too. I have used Weebly --it's very intuitive, and you can easily upgrade to a web domain that you choose (this website is built on Weebly). I am just getting to know TEACHER BLOG IT and I'm lovin' it as well. It doesn't get any easier to quickly create a website that students can go to and get information fast. I just set up a blogging unit for the novella Of Mice and Men--I set up blogs for all the primary characters, added a picture, and just like that I have an engaging lesson unit where students can collaborate. Here are several places that you can go to and find free website or blog options for your classroom community. 4 Comments |
