dabbleBoard--still in beta--is a really cool whiteboard program. It's highly intuitive, easy to use, with some cool features!

It really is cool! I just joined my company and did not yet have access to visio, so I used this online white board to draw up some flow charts. I was easily able to share it too...love the sharing part! thanks for posting!
