Where to build a free website... 06/25/2009
I just started putting together my new website for my classroom. I haven't gotten too far, but I thought I'd add a post here to let you know where you can build a free website, too. I have used Weebly --it's very intuitive, and you can easily upgrade to a web domain that you choose (this website is built on Weebly). I am just getting to know TEACHER WEB IT, and I'm lovin' it as well. It doesn't get any easier to quickly create a website that students can go to and get information fast. I just set up a blogging unit for the novella Of Mice and Men--I set up blogs for all the primary characters, added a picture, and just like that I have an engaging lesson unit where students can collaborate. Here are several places that you can go to and find free website or blog options for your classroom community. CommentsHi, there.

I use blogging with my students, and I think teacherwebit will be a great way to share assignment and get students collaborating. Thank you for this link.
